PSAC North NWT Regional Health and Safety Committee organized an Outreach series of events: “Take a Moment for Safety.”
It involved meeting people on Market Days at Somba K’e Park in Yellowknife. Each person was asked for a safety tip that they would live by. Adults and children shared insights on on how to stay safe.
The UNW donated two Car Safety Kits to this Outreach Initiative. People who stopped by to talk about Safety were able to enter a draw for these Kits. Congratulations to the winners Damian Benoit and Marlene Kenny.
