  This two-day course is open to Local Officers, Stewards and members with interest about becoming an executive on their Local. Participants learn how to work together as a team to efficiently administer Local business and organize members at the workplace. The most beneficial experience would be to have more than one member from each local participate in this course.

This is the union’s key introductory course - all members are encouraged to become better informed. The TUB is a prerequisite for all PSAC in-residence courses. You will learn about your rights in the workplace and in the union, and the role our unions play in our communities. You will also develop your understanding of the collective agreement and the grievance procedure.
