This one day course will provide participants with an understanding of the Duty to Accommodate (DTA) in the workplace as it relates to human rights and membership representation. By the end of this course, participants will have a better understanding of the Duty to Accommodate, understand who has a role in DTA (Employer, Employee, Union), recognize that DTA not only applies to physical disabilities and be familiar with the Meiroin and Grismer cases. Public Service Alliance of Canada North will be hosting a Phoenix' Lunch and Learn about the broken Phoenix payroll system.  PSAC’s top priority is doing everything in our power to ensure the pay system is fixed so public service employees get paid correctly and on time.
