This one day course will provide participants with an understanding of the Duty to Accommodate (DTA) in the workplace as it relates to human rights and membership representation. By the end of this course, participants will have a better understanding of the Duty to Accommodate, understand who has a role in DTA (Employer, Employee, Union), recognize that DTA not only applies to physical disabilities and be familiar with the Meiroin and Grismer cases.
