The PSAC North NWT Regional Women’s Committee is celebrating International Women’s Day by delivering bags with personal care items to women and youth shelters in Yellowknife. The committee is sending out bags to other communities: Hay River, Fort Smith, Inuvik and Tuktoyaktuk.
