On this Remembrance Day, PSAC commemorates the courage and sacrifice of our veterans. Our veterans have made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom and security as Canadians.
PSAC members who work for the federal government at Veterans Affairs Canada and other departments are proud to provide important services to veterans every day. They work hard and care about the many veterans who rely on them for support, advice, and assistance in accessing their well-earned rights and benefits.
On this day, it is also important to note that many of the services that our veterans rely on are being reduced, and Veterans Affairs offices closed. PSAC will continue to work to ensure that veterans get the services they deserve. They fought for us; we will keep fighting for them. Lest we forget.
