Yellowknife - Talking Union Basics

This is the union’s key introductory course, but all members are encouraged to become better informed. The TUB is a prerequisite for all PSAC in-residence courses. You will learn about your rights in the workplace and in the union, and the role our unions play in our communities. You will also develop your understanding of the collective agreement and the grievance procedure.
