The TUB is the "cornerstone" of the PSAC Education Program. It is a prerequisite for all the

In-Residence Programs. This course will introduce you to the PSAC and the fundamentals of trade

union action. Emphasis is put on members' rights at the workplace and in the union, on

understanding and using the collective agreement, and on the union mechanisms to obtain and

protect rights such as collective bargaining and the grievance procedure. The course will also

discuss various ways you can become active within the Union and help build stronger Locals in the

Northern Region.
